GUEST REPUTATION MANAGEMENT:
Reputation Tools help track and understand the guest reviews deeply to have a better understanding of the hotel’s services and GSI /GSS Scores. Tracking the hotel scores through the market and the competition gives an opportunity to a hotel to set the right competitive price at any given time. Tracking and increasing the survey numbers provides a higher number of surveys and higher scores for the hotels.
We do provide tool and hotel own survey set-ups and training for all departments in the hotels.
We manage Google, and Yandex profiles, Tripadvisor (Business Advantage Program) and Holidaycheck profiles as well as the guest reviews on them. They all have different dynamics, so they need to be managed accordingly.
